．Young men and young boys with drug using behaviors. (Most of our activities are conducted in Cantonese)
．Physically fit for our treatment.

．Willing to read the Bible and to know about Christian teachings.
．For those applicants under 18, consent of parents is required

Admission meeting:
Applicants have to attend our admission meeting on every Thursday evening (7:30pm-9:30pm) at ELCHK Ling On Church, Room J to L, 7/F, MG Tower, 133, Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong.
Our Staff will meet each applicant to assess and evaluate their needs.
We will refer our applicants to a medical lab for a brief medical exam.
On the date of admission, a $500 administrative charge and $2,000 deposit will be collected. The $2,000 deposit will be refund only if one can complete the whole 12-month treatment.
